The Role

As a Business Development Executive at Adecco Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint with both Global and National accounts. You will lead the charge in driving new sales, cultivating strong client relationships, and maximizing account potential by strategically positioning our full suite of services, including Staffing, Permanent Placement, Outsourcing, and the wider Adecco ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth : Deliver new sales and revenue targets across multiple business lines, creating tangible impact for both clients and Adecco.
  • Achieve Sales Excellence : Ensure the sales team consistently meets quantitative activity KPIs, fueling sustained growth in key accounts.
  • Strategic Account Management : Apply disciplined account management methodologies, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to unlock full account potential.
  • Leverage Sales Tools Effectively : Champion the adoption of front-end tools like Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline management and tracking of opportunities to maximize business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Strong solution-selling skills, with experience managing complex deals from bid receipt to solution design, pricing, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Customer-focused mindset with solid project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in pricing strategies and diverse sales techniques.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
