Tender Manager / Contract Manager

Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee a team of Tender and Marketing

QS team in the preparations, negotiation and submission of

quotations and tenders

Constant engagement with clients for marketing

purposes and in constant touch with the

industry

Review tender and

quotation requirements and generate tender schedule and

deliverables checklists for regular monitoring

Ensure submissions are in compliance with legal

and regulatory requirements and client's

requirements

Stay updated

on construction and contract law changes in the

industry

Coordinate with

project teams and relevant support functions for the purposes of

submission materials

Periodic reporting to

Management

Other relevant

duties as assigned by the

Management

Requirements :

Degree in Construction Management / Quantity

Surveying or related disciplines

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in

similar capacity, preferably in the Construction

industry

Excellent

negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving

capabilities

Resourcefulness for information, strategical

and forward thinking and planning to achieve end-results set by

management

Ability to

multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
