The role will include and not be exclusive to
- Hitting and exceeding agreed budget and profit for the APAC region in each financial year
- Setting the overall commercial strategic direction of the company.
- Commercial launches planned and executed to achieve goals - manage and participate in any RFP pitch process including heading up new partner presentations
- Financial compliance and instructions are being followed and only good business is written.
- Creating new inventory to drive commercial success
- Leading the company and ensuring all employees commit to and be the company vision and culture. Creating a tribe who all believe in the same thing.
- Provide leadership and motivation to all employees
- Plans attractive strategies to retain skilled, hardworking, and productive employees.
- Establish company policies and legal guidelines
- Implementing new processes and procedures across the business.
- Corporate governance
- Establish and maintain relationships with our customers – partners, advertisers, readers, and internal staff
- Global communication and sharing of best practice
- Responsible for the production, admin, commercial design, finance, and digital support with cross discipline synergy achieving their objectives
- Maintain existing commercial and advertising partnership relations
