Roles & Responsibilities
Position Details :
Oversee the overall management of the production plant and operational processes.
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety comply with Singapore regulations and company standards.
Rationally plan production and staff scheduling to optimize production efficiency and cost control.
Coordinate supply chain and inventory management to ensure timely supply of raw materials and delivery of finished products.
Drive process improvements and optimization to continuously enhance product competitiveness.
Lead the team to achieve operational goals and work closely with Quality, R&D, and Sales to ensure steady business growth.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or related industries, including factory management or team leadership experience.
Familiarity with food production processes and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate employees to achieve goals.
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration.
