Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Attend to customers’ needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and analyze details to prepare product / service report summaries.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Handle site permit applications, including Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work submissions.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist with scheduling and placement of work orders.
  • Be present onsite to coordinate and assist colleagues before and during repair works.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player who is willing to learn and adapt.
  • Singaporeans and PRs are encouraged to apply.
