Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of the annual HR cycles, including budgeting, performance bonus,
  • salary review, long-term incentive plans, and benefits harmonisation for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Manage end-to-end C&B administration (excluding payroll processing), including :
  • Acting as the Benefits, Leaves and Travel & Reimbursement Administrator, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Providing guidance to employees on benefits-related matters.
  • Coordinating annual insurance renewals, preparing competitive proposals, and organising staff briefings with insurance partners.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to support internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
  • Managing training registrations, grant submissions and claims.
  • Ensuring compensation practices align with internal equity standards and local legislation.
