Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Tooling Engineer to lead the technical advancement of our production department. This is a hands-on role where you will design cutting tools, generate CNC tool grinding programs, and ensure documentation compliance, while also helping to uplift overall team capability, production efficiency, and process discipline.
You will work closely with our production team to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance under our AS9100D-certified quality management system .
Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution
- Design and prepare CAD drawings for custom cutting tools.
- Generate and validate CNC programs for ANCA and Walter CNC tool grinding machines .
- Inspect and measure cutting tools (incoming and for regrinding) and maintain proper records.
- Ensure all drawings, programs, and work orders comply with tolerances, traceability, and AS9100D documentation standards .
Team & Process Uplift
Guide and mentor less experienced staff to raise technical competency.Reinforce SOP compliance and documentation discipline across production.Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase output, efficiency, and reliability.Support production troubleshooting on tooling and machining issues.Must-Have Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related EngineeringAt least 5 years experience in CAD / CAM, CNC programming or tooling engineeringIndependent, detail-oriented, and practical problem solverWhy Join Us
