Key Responsibilities :
Trust & Estate Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administration of trust accounts, including opening bank and brokerage accounts, processing distributions to beneficiaries, executing fund transfers, and overseeing investment management.
- Conduct periodic reviews of assigned trust accounts to ensure adherence to trust deeds, company policies, and legal and tax regulations.
- Administer trusts and foundations, including underlying structures and investment portfolios.
- Collaborate with legal advisors, investment managers, and financial institutions in managing trust assets.
Record-keeping & Documentation
Maintain accurate and well-organized trust records, ensuring all trust-related documentation is securely recorded.Set up and manage trust master files within ViewPoint, ensuring ongoing maintenance and compliance with internal record-keeping policies.Draft trustee minutes, resolutions, and other trust-related documents while providing guidance to junior trust administrators on daily trust administration tasks.Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for trust clients, ensuring transparency in trust administration while delivering high-quality client service.Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a client-focused approach with responsiveness and professionalism.Key Requirements
2 - 5 years of experience in trust administration or a relevant fieldUnderstanding of trust laws, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilitiesGood written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and professional advisorsHigh ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
