Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for preparing and keeping technical and commercial documents such as construction method statement, formwork design, inspection report and material or labor cost record.

Estimate quantity, demand of material and place order and later arrange return for bulk materials based on the activities progress and construction sequence.

Record and help to measure actual work done periodically for progress payment claim.

Prepare and file safety / quality management docs such as risk assessment reports, daily toolbox meeting minutes, accident reports.

Register and de-register manpower records when workers in or out of site.

Help PM to communicate with workers in settling labor relation disputes, such as working hours discrepancy, safety breach penalty (workers management) etc.

Other site activities where good English speaking is necessary.

The Job Requirement :

This position in the project team is especially in a sub-contract level of civil and building project where there are few strong educational backgrounds of co-workers.

English and Mandarin Language and communication skills will be an important skill in handling daily tasks.

Having good knowledge and experience in wide fields of construction will make the project proceed efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in civil and building construction & management related major

Prepare to work in tough outdoor environments such as hot and humid spaces, overtime working may be required while project progress is needed.

Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.

Possess effective teamwork and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.

Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
