We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you. You’ll assist customers with their enquiries and provide support to ensure every interaction is pleasant and professional.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Communication : Handle basic customer inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp; escalate complex issues to our management
- After-Service Support : Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and guiding customers with forms or general information.
- Administrative Tasks : Perform data entry, update records, prepare reports, and support daily office operations.
- Ad Hoc Support : Help with ad hoc duties like organizing files, preparing meeting materials, or sending reminders.
Requirements :
