Associate Equipment Engineer

Job Scope

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and perform complex repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project execution.
• Assess and recommend new equipment and technologies to improve process capability and productivity.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their technical skills.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving equipment maintenance strategies and procedures.
• Work with equipment vendors and suppliers to address technical issues and enhance equipment support and reliability.
