RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations :
- Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
- Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Ensure that guests received attention at all times
- Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
- Manage and deliver / serve drinks / food
- Perform general basic service
- Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
