Work Day : 8am - 6pm (Monday to Thursday) & 8am - 5pm (Friday)
Payrate : $2800 per month + $200 performance incentive per month
Entitle for yearly performance bonus)
Job Description
- Answer, screen and direct all calls,
- Greet all office guests,
- Handled incoming mail, parcel & courier service, deliveries,
- Incoming letters, documents recording, sorting, and distribution,
- Manage and organise front desk, Meeting rooms, Conference rooms,
- Replenish Meeting rooms items,
- Schedule meetings,
- Assist company drivers 'with light duties, season parking, etc,
- Light admin support, data entry, record keeping etc,
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
