Speech Therapist

Job Description

Youwill be responsible for assessing and managing communication andswallowing disorders in adults and works collaboratively with amultidiscplinary healthcare team to provide quality care forpatients. You will also provide education to patients, caregiversand other healthcare professionals.

As a SeniorSpeech Therapist, you will contribute to the organisation'simplementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to providequality patient care, delivery clinical education and engage inquality improvement / research activties. In addition, assist in themanagement of daily operations and resources, and contributestowards staff development (e.g provide training and supervison tojunior Speech Therapists andstudents).

JobRequirement

• BachelorDegree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, or
• MSc in Speech and Language Pathology (No experiencecandidate-entry level), or
• MSc / MA inSpeech-Language Pathology (U.S.A) with Certificate of ClinicalCompetence (CCC-SLP)
• Full registration withthe Allied Health Professions Council
• Validmembership with local professional body / associationpreferred
