Job description5-6 years of experience in fund administration or asset management industry Strong understanding of PE fund structures and accounting standards Professional accounting qualification preferred Excellentmunication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships Experience with fund administration systems (Investran, Efront, or similar) is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for a portfolio of PE clients, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distribution notices, and financial statements
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships and coordinate with offshore teams
- Lead process improvements and optimize workflow efficiency
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts and year-end financial statements
