Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end service delivery for a portfolio of PE clients, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distribution notices, and financial statements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships and coordinate with offshore teams
  • Lead process improvements and optimize workflow efficiency
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts and year-end financial statements

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 5-6 years of experience in fund administration or asset management industry
  • Strong understanding of PE fund structures and accounting standards
  • Professional accounting qualification preferred
  • Excellentmunication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships
  • Experience with fund administration systems (Investran, Efront, or similar) is advantageous
