Inventory Controller (Warehouse management / West / Up to $3.5K + AWS) JF

Inventory Management : Maintain precise inventory records of raw materials, spare parts and tools through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Data Entry & Reporting : Update inventory databases accurately and prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status and trends.

Quality Control : Oversee the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.

Collaboration : Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to facilitate inventory movements and address issues promptly.

Process Improvement : Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.

Documentation : Keep detailed and organized records of all inventory transactions and adjustments.

Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement

Requirements :

Education : Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
