Job Title : ICU Staff Nurse (ICU Trained)

Location : Bishan Hospital, Singapore

Position : Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (3 Shifts)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
• Document and report patient progress accurately.
• Participate in rotating 3-shift schedule (morning, evening, and night shifts).
