As a key leader in our sourcing team, you will be responsible for managing seasonal style development with our vendor partners, ensuring product buy readiness and driving calendar alignment and adherence.
Working in close partnership with Global Design and Development teams, you will support translating creative vision into products that are delivered on time and to our brand expectations.

How You Will Make a Difference
- Managing brand Product Development and vendor partnerships, ensuring streamlined product development execution to support brand product strategies.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Allocation team to establish a robust vendor portfolio that considers vendor capabilities and capacities, duty optimization, materials availabilities, risk mitigation, and vendor performance.
- Ownership of the brand development trip planning and ensuring best in class support on product execution in partnership with Technical Design, Costing & vendor partners.
- Support country of origin strategies with Strategy and Allocation team, drive capability build-up across vendor base.
- Enhancing and advocating for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies, to drive innovation of process and product.
- Communicating proactively with brand stakeholders, product development and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar that enables best in class on time samples, execution and delivery.
- Collaboration with all cross functional stakeholders across Global Material Supply, Costing, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Logistics and Quality teams to ensure the Delivery of all KPIs.
- Effectively breaks down functional work plan into detailed work activities, ensures the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities.

Skills for Success
Years of related professional experience : 10 years, with 5 years in managerial roles.
Educational position requirements : Academic Degree. Textile, Apparel or related field Preferred.
Knowledge of apparel – with proven experience in development of knitted and woven product and managing a diverse product collection.You will be coaching and developing your team, providing timely constructive feedback enabling them to excel and realize their potential.Proven leadership experience in managing multi-cultural teams and ability to influence stakeholders on a global level to advance business goals.A basic understanding of paper patterns creation and an understanding of digital product creation will be an advantage.Drive and passion to make a difference, presenting a growth mindset that role models positivity and curiosity to your team and peers.Executive presence – you will be capable of capturing your audience’s attention, being composed and well prepared.Ability to lead, facilitate and champion change.Good business acumen and understanding of the competitive global business environment, as well as an awareness of economic, social and political trends that impact the organization’s global strategy.Integrity, Consumer-focused, Growth Mindset, Simplicity, Win Together
