Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to join our growing team in Singapore . This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who has hands-on experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and is ready to take the next step in their career.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with clients to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants and client stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates with internal teams and clients
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices
• Manage project budgets and track against financial targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
• Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
• Support change management activities and user adoption initiatives
