Roles & Responsibilities

Temp Call Centre Executive (5.5 months, renewable 1 year)

📍 Location : Ubi

🗓 Duration : Start ASAP (this week / 22 Sept) – End Feb 2026 (renewable 1 year)

🕒 Working Hours : 5 days / week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm OR 11 : 00am – 9 : 00pm (rotating bi-weekly)

💰 Salary : $2,600 + OT

Job Scope :

• Handle inbound / outbound calls and enquiries
• Assist with appointment bookings and case updates
• Provide accurate information to public queries
• Perform basic admin duties as required
