Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook specializing in South and North Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of Indian culinary traditions, able to prepare a variety of authentic dishes with attention to detail and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of South and North Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Experience in preparing authentic South and / or North Indian dishes
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
