About the job

  • Oversee daily order management and execute process and guidelines
  • Define, lead and enhance strategies for service excellence
  • Maintain excellence in service recovery, emphasising the prevention of recurring service problems
  • Develop the team and review individual performances (growth planning, goal setting etc)
  • Continuously refine the CS service excellence strategy

skills and experience required

  • Min. 10 years of experience in B2B leadership in customer service operations
  • Degree in Supply Chain / Business or any other relevant fields
  • Passionate in customer excellence
  • Prior experience in implementing supply chain digitalisation
  • Willing to work around Penjuru area (nearest MRT : Jurong East / Clementi)
