About the job
Oversee daily order management and execute process and guidelines
Define, lead and enhance strategies for service excellence
Maintain excellence in service recovery, emphasising the prevention of recurring service problems
Develop the team and review individual performances (growth planning, goal setting etc)
Continuously refine the CS service excellence strategy
skills and experience required
Min. 10 years of experience in B2B leadership in customer service operations
Degree in Supply Chain / Business or any other relevant fields
Passionate in customer excellence
Prior experience in implementing supply chain digitalisation
Willing to work around Penjuru area (nearest MRT : Jurong East / Clementi)
