Job description🔧 Assemble & test wire bonder machines based on engineering specs & customer requirements. 🛠️ Troubleshoot & rectify machine issues under guidance from senior engineers. 🗂️ Prepare documentation on machine configurations & specifications. 💻 Perform data entry into central systems to ensure smooth operations. 🎓 Min Nitec / HNitec / Diploma in Engineering or related field Keen interest in hands-on assembly, testing, and problem-solving . Detail-oriented with a positive learning attitude. Able to commit to fixed shift work.

Working Days : Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
Working Hours (Choose 1 Fixed Shift) :
- 1st Shift : 6.45am – 3.15pm
- 2nd Shift : 2.45pm – 11.15pm (+$10 daily allowance)
- 3rd Shift : 10.45pm – 7.15am (+$15 daily allowance)
