Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Perform pre-admission assessments for elderly clients to determine therapeutic needs.
• Develop and update Holistic Individual Care Plans through periodic reviews and tailored interventions.
• Design and facilitate group therapy programs and engaging activities for client.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Implement specialized OT programs for conditions including Dementia, Psychiatric Disorders, Musculoskeletal, and Neurological impairments.
• Apply expertise in dementia care, including behavioral management strategies for elderly clients.
• Build supportive relationships with families and caregivers to enhance client well-being.
