Job descriptionExperience working in a secondary school Experience in a student management role or similar capacities Good communication and inter-personal skills especially with students Proficient in MS Office especially word document and spreadsheet contacting parents of students (or students) regarding school disciplinary matters such as latecoming, behavioural issues; carrying out duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, patrolling duty; preparing discipline data / reports needed by HOD / Student Management such as student latecoming, absenteeism; managing students who are given detention, in-house suspension. rendering support to school events , when necessary; perform simple administrative tasks as assigned by Principal / Vice-Principal / Key Personnel
Roles & Responsibilities
Working Hours :
- Mondays to Thursdays : 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Fridays : 7 : 30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break (8 hr work)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
