• Received food dishes from kitchen and send corresponding orders out to tables
• Ensure that the dish, accompanying sauces / condiments and proper cutlery are correct before passing on dishes to servers / food runners
• Perform finishing touches to dishes
• Manage the flow of food and orders to ensure that smooth service during operations is maintained
