Job descriptionMin 'N' Level with 2 years working experience. Team player with positive attitude. Able to work independently and lead. Any adhoc duties are required. Good communication skills and possess leadership qualities. Posses strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people. 6 days week. Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holiday.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations.
- Ensure effciency across all work flow.
- Ensure the team fulfills all customer requirements on daily basis.
- Ensure service excellence and instill right attitude to entire operations team.
- Oversee the production department scheduling, production control, inventory control and output.
