Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize Primavera P6 to track progress, manage time and cost entitlements, and develop comprehensive contract programmes and high-level summaries for presentations.

Job Description

• Progress Monitoring : Keep a close eye on construction programme progress, identify delay events and their impacts, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and client presentations.
• Reporting & Analysis : Create detailed progress reports, S-Curves, progress trackers, and conduct programming health checks to ensure project alignment.
• Recovery & Optimization : Develop recovery programmes and summarise key strategies to overcome challenges, including preparing baseline schedules with resource and cost loading.
• To prepare , coordinate and update the planning requirements program of the project with the objective of ensuring that the program is aligned with target.
• To update the Project Construction program and status of the program in order to generate weekly and monthly reports with respective trend charts
• To prepare and issue program updates as required for internal and client reporting in order to ensure progress is in line with planned objective
• Interact with senior management to provide detailed program and other detailed information necessary in order to substantiate claims
