Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Central

Job Type : Full-Time Monday-Friday

Industry : F&B and Retail

Salary : $2,500 - $3,800

Are you creative, social media-savvy, and passionate about food and lifestyle trends? Join our team and help bring our F&B and retail brands to life online!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
Promote new menu items, retail collections, in-store events, and promotions
Capture and edit photos / videos for social media use (including reels and stories)
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build our online community
Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach
Monitor social media performance and generate monthly reports with insights
Stay on top of trends, viral content, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
Support online campaigns to drive traffic and footfall to our stores and outlets

🔹 What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (F&B / Retail preferred)

Strong creative writing, photography, and basic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)

Digital & Print Artwork

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS and paid ad tools (Meta Ads Manager a plus)

F&B POS & Delivery system Management

F&B Event enquiries

Shopify Product & Website Management

Passionate about food, lifestyle, and customer experience

Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
