Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary : Responsible in performing all activities related to shipment and inventory in the warehouse
Job Scope :
- Inspect and receive incoming shipments
- Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods
- Picking and packing of goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy according to shipping documents.
- Manage and coordinate physical inventory and perform cycle counts as requested
- Process inbound and outbound inventory into ERP system
- Prepare related document before delivery e.g invoices, delivery orders etc
- Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to the customers.
- General housekeeping of warehouse
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year related experienceAble to use warehouse equipments e.g. hand pallets etc, training will be providedKnowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS WordA team player, diligent and responsibleWilling to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requestedAdditional Information :
