Business Analyst Job Overview

This role involves working with stakeholders to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Documenting business needs and objectives
• Developing user requirement documents
• Prioritizing requests and analyzing systems / data products for enhancement opportunities
• Aligning system design with user needs and preparing solution design specifications
• Conducting change impact analysis, supporting solution proposals, and participating in user acceptance testing
• Planning project timelines and resources, and applying project management tools and processes
• Working effectively with stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly, and adapting to changing priorities

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and adaptability under pressure. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions.

Education and Experience :

A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in project management. Knowledge of operations domain, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and organizational skills are also essential.
