Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Originate, structure, and execute financing transactions, including project finance, syndicated loans, and structured finance deals.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on potential transactions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as credit risk, legal, andpliance teams to ensure transactions are inpliance with regulations and policies.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification preferred.10-15+ years of relevant experience in corporate banking, project finance, or investment banking, preferably with a focus on the Middle East market.Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, credit analysis, and financial modelling.Proven track record of successfully executingplex financing transactions and managing client relationships.Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.How to Apply : Glenn Wong
