Job Description

- Position Title : Accounts Assistant / Admin Assistant
- Working Location : Kallang
- Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
- Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration : 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute invoices and delivery orders to clients in a timely manner.Actively follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding accounts receivable or invoice issues.Enter customer data and relevant information into the system for invoice processing.Collaborate and coordinate both internally and externally regarding invoicing matters for specific jobs and clients.Provide general administrative support to the office.Take on ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.APPLY NOW!!!
