JobSummary :

As a Digital ProductManager within J.P. Morgan's IPB DDT, Service of the Future (SotF)team, you will play a key role in driving strategic change, helpingto accelerate business growth and achieve efficiency goalsglobally.

We are seeking a Digital ProductManager in Singapore to lead elements of the SotF program withinthe International Private Bank (IPB), and the candidate will workwith a global team strategizing and implementing solutions acrossall IPB regions EMEA, Asia and LATAM. Through partnership withbankers, advisors, senior leaders, designers, and technologists,the Product Manager will help shape the SotF product strategy andalign priorities to ensure we're solving our internal partners andclients' biggest problems.

JobResponsibilities :

1. Understandsclient needs. Invests in a deep understanding of the businessopportunity, client needs, and competitive landscape to informwhich initiatives and features to pursue. Participates in userexperience research and integrates user feedback to uncover clientneeds and to inform feature definition so that it is relevant anduseful.

2. Leads the product developmentlifecycle by defining requirements (in partnership with otherteams), ensuring sprint inputs (e.g. designs and requirements) andoutputs (e.g. tested code) are as envisioned, and providingdirection and smart trade off decisions for the scrum team.Collaborates with other product and requirement owners anddesigners to deliver end-to-end product and experience. Partnerswith Technology to triage issues end-to-end until full resolutionis achieved, then communicate issue resolution to appropriateparties and escalate issue as necessary to ensure properresponse.

3. Establishes approach topilot / rollout new capabilities, including objective / scope,communication, training / support, andfeedback / metrics.

4. Embodies true"client-obsession" in identifying and leveraging user data, keyperformance metrics, industry trends, and varying forms of clientand internal feedback to shape our designs and productroadmap.

5. Develops and maintains deeprelationships with delivery partners including senior leaders,Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, Client Service, andcontrol functions across eachregion.

Required qualifications,capabilities and skills :

1.Bachelor's degree in any discipline

2. Minimum 5years of experience in financial services and / or with experience inwealth management, asset management, digital banking, and / or aclosely related business leading strategic or transformationalchange.

3. Strong understanding of WealthManagement business.

4. Strong understanding ofrisk, compliance and regulatory frameworks, and documents andagreements related to Wealth Management.

5.Extensive experience in managing product delivery across multiplework streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities,and experienced in launching new products tomarket.

6. Sound knowledge of differenttechnological development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and designtechniques with ability to successfully lead regardless ofapproach.

7. Dynamic team player who isself-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal and projectmanagement skills, showcasing the ability to proactively engagemultiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to drive ourbusiness agenda and operate with strong sense ofurgency.

8. Strong project management andstakeholder management skills; comfort with working acrossgeography, time zones and functions to effectively lead andcontribute in large workgroup settingsindependently.

9. Aptitude to navigate ambiguityand adapt to dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, anddemands.

10. Excellent written, communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to explain complexmatters in a concise and meaningfulway.
