Senior Client Accounts Specialist, Asia
Job Description
The Role
Responsible for managing seriatim data and Statement of Accounts ("SOA") received from clients for the Asia Business Unit. This includes the validation of the data and the recording of SOA information into the Operations system (SAP), being the key client contact to manage and resolve data issues, as well as providing accurate and timely information for internal and external reporting purposes.
Duties
1. Responsible for managing data and SOAs received from clients,
which includes the following (85%)
accordance with treaty conditions, and thereafter recorded
promptly onto SAP.
2. Provide support during the data mapping and ingestion of policy
and claims data into SAP (treaty implementation process) through
the provision of key product and treaty information and review of
test results as required.
3. Support any ad-hoc tasks including providing the necessary input
and support to any projects involving Operations, prepare internal
reports as required
