Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all contractual requirements.

Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Interpret contract details and extract essential information to effectively manage the project and meet objectives.

Identify contractual system requirements and manage system designs, reviews, and deliverables.

Coordinate day-to-day activities, risk management, and resource supervision to ensure project success.

Provide regular project reports and updates to customers, internal departments, and management.

Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing according to the project schedule.

Manage daily operations of technology infrastructure, including identifying and resolving complex issues.

Proactively assess implemented solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

Update network documentation and oversee operational acceptance of projects.

Design, plan, and implement various infrastructure solutions for Asia.

Maintain stable technology environments, controls, and efficiency as the technology footprint expands.

Monitor system health, resolve problems proactively, and train junior staff members.

Adhere to strict change and incident management procedures.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Windows Server OS, Unix / Linux OS, and virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns, including containerization (Kubernetes), is advantageous.

Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset for problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Working knowledge of VPNs, routers, and switches is beneficial.

Experience in hardening OS, system, and network equipment.

Familiarity with IT infra services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Database, and Web or App Server.
