Product Operations
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Product Operations talent to lead the promotion and user growth of our internet product in global markets. You will have the opportunity to design and execute diverse operational activities from the ground up, directly influencing the product’s market performance and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage content planning, creation, and daily operations for the product across major overseas social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube), and build and engage user communities.
- Independently develop creative ideas, write copy, and produce visuals or short videos required for promotional operations.
- Explore, execute, and optimize various user growth strategies, including content marketing, influencer promotion, SEO, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze operational data, continuously adjust and optimize promotional strategies based on feedback, and take responsibility for growth outcomes.
Requirements :
Promotion Experience : Experience in promoting internet products, with demonstrable independent operation of social media accounts or related success cases. Familiarity with at least one of content creation, influencer marketing, SEO, or ad placement.Content Creation : Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, capable of independently producing high-quality promotional copy and visual content (e.g., images, posters, etc.).Mandatory : Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating the above abilities (e.g., personal social media links, content works, design samples, past project cases).Nice-to-Haves :
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut.Basic data analysis skills.Tell employers what skills you have
