We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in matching candidates to rewarding job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for both local and foreign employment.
- Match suitable candidates to job openings based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, to placement.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for work passes , contracts , and client submissions (in compliance with MOM regulations).
- Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep up-to-date with manpower trends and client hiring needs.
Requirements :
Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma / Degree in any field.At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields (experience in an employment agency is an advantage).EA Personnel License preferred (or willing to obtain).Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in dealing with both clients and candidates.Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Good organizational and administrative skills.Tell employers what skills you have
