Title : Regional Head of Special Projects
Role :
Organise, lead, and help execute company projects that may fall outside the scope of regular activities (“Special Projects”), across Cove markets (regional) or within a specific market, often transversal across different functions of the company (mostly tech and ops, but also including sales and finance) ; by leveraging your deep knowledge of the company’s processes and tech systems & tools, your business ops experience and your analytical skills.
Responsibilities :
- Head responsibility for taking raw ideas, hypotheses / scenarios as well as shape them into comprehensive deployment plans to implement effectively
- Conduct research on different strategic initiatives; prepare and present business plans along with overall strategy for every initiative
- Analyze proposed projects, quantify impact as projected on business and prepare business case
- Utilize Change Management, Project Management and Business Process Management disciplines for successful, on-budget and on-time delivery of special projects
- Comply with timelines and ensure to accomplish all objectives of the project
- Identify individuals throughout company willing to participate in these special projects
- Collaborate with business leaders to prepare and execute projects as well as initiatives to increase revenue plus profitability
- Identify and ensure to crossover barriers to successful completion of special project
- Lead and direct cross functional teams on tech & data, operations planning and milestone tracking for strategic initiatives implementation
- Manage process enhancements and varied special projects to increase company’s top line and bottom line
Requirements :
8-10 Years of experience in commercial project management or relevant fieldBachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related fieldExperience in start-up or growing businesses is preferredProven portofolio in managing a business tranformation projectsTech savvyHaving exceptional interpersonal skillsTell employers what skills you have
