Roles & Responsibilities
Scope :
General Administration & Payroll
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
- Verify claims, allowances, and entitlements.
- Coordinate with banks on salary submissions and with clinics for pre-employment checkups.
- Prepare new hire welcome packs and maintain the employee handbook.
- Manage HR-related letters (e.g. employment, visa, certification) and process HR invoices.
- Handle IR8E annual submission to IRAS.
- Manage IT support coordination and general office maintenance.
- Sort and distribute mail, and update dental claims.
Secretarial Support
Manage travel arrangements, including accommodation, visa, and transport bookings.Assist with expense claims and calendar scheduling.Handle general office admin duties — calls, courier services, and meeting room arrangements (including guest reception and refreshments).Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of administrative or HR experience preferred.Good communication and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).If you meet the requirements of this role, please email a detailed resume in Word document to Chloe Tan Hui Lin.
