Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of mobile app development experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role . Proficient in native development for both iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) . Strong understanding of app architecture (MVVM, MVI), CI / CD, and App Store / Google Play release workflows. Experience in project / task management, agile sprints, and cross-team collaboration. Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead mobile software development for iOS and Android platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers across both platforms.
- Review product requirements and break down functional specifications into technical tasks.
- Design project architecture and define development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in performance, UI / UX, and system integration.
- Monitor project timelines and track real-time development progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI / UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure end-to-end product quality.
