Job descriptionCollaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our contract logistics services. Develop and manage onboarding timelines, track tasks, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met. Work with clients to understand their requirements and customize our systems to meet their needs. Respond promptly to customer queries related to WMS and ERP systems. Partner with the operations team to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs. Identify pain points in current operations and develop solutions to improve efficiency from both a system and ground perspective. Implement best practices for operational workflows and system usage. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all onboarding activities are aligned with company goals and standards. Communicate effectively with the operations team to understand their challenges and provide actionable insights. Minimum of (2) years of experience in contract logistics, with a strong background in WMS and ERP systems. Proven track record of successfully onboarding customers and optimizing logistics operations. Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage timelines, track tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address operational pain points. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and the operations team. Proficiency in using WMS and ERP systems, with the ability to customize and troubleshoot as needed. Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred. stating your past work experience, reasons for each leave, past and expected remuneration.
