Sales Operations Manager

Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be the strategic and operational backbone of Reap’s commercial organization.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build scalable systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable growth across Reap’s three Business Lines— Card Issuance (CaaS), Payments API (Connect), and Reap Card / Pay (Direct) .

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where analytical precision meets operational execution. You will play a key role in shaping how Reap’s commercial engine scales globally and how teams align under a unified revenue motion.

What You’ll Do

• Build, document, and continuously improve sales processes to increase conversion, velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
• Audit and enhance CRM workflows in HubSpot , ensuring full adoption, hygiene, and reporting accuracy across all sales teams.
• Establish clear metrics frameworks and dashboards to measure rep productivity, pipeline health, and revenue contribution per employee.
• Build the Revenue Engine

Design scalable cross‑team workflows that align Sales, Marketing, and CX under shared revenue metrics.

Own process design for lead management, deal stages, and account assignment across all business lines.

Manage and optimize Reap’s sales tech stack (HubSpot, lead generation tools, Notion dashboards).

Deliver training and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members.
