My client is a global leader in technical textiles and protective clothing, currently expanding its footprint across Asia. With a newly established logistics hub in Singapore and active customers in APAC region, the company is focused on building strategic partnerships and optimising regional operations.

Job Description

• Serve as the main liaison for 15-20 key accounts, handling enquiries, complaints, quotations, and business proposals.
• Coordinate with European divisions and local stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, payment follow-ups, and sample / material requests.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and ensure stock flow and lead times are optimised.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels for recurring customers, flag slow-moving items, and support replenishment planning.
• Support sales initiatives, including fairs and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and feedback.
• Negotiate terms with logistics providers ensuring accurate quotations and cost control.
• Travel up to 20% for customer visits and onboarding activities.
