Roles & Responsibilities

Duties / Scope of Works

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA. Haulier Community System
• Monitor and track job progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix-Net GPS Tracking System in real time
• Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
• Process and handle documentation through PSA. Portnet System
• Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking
• Communicate closely with Operations Assistant Manager to improve and maximize company resources
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• With / Without experience
