Roles & Responsibilities
Working Location : Tampines
Responsibilities :
- Handle general paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Print out daily orders from various online platforms.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
- Record and monitor inventory in & out, maintaining updated stock records.
- Prepare, process, and file key documents including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Assist in preparing profit & loss (P&L) records.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of admin experienceRemuneration :
Basic Salary : $1800Working Hours : 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM (Monday-Friday) & 9 : 00AM-1 : 00PM (Alternate Saturday)Tell employers what skills you have
