Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location : Tampines

Responsibilities :

  • Handle general paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Print out daily orders from various online platforms.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
  • Record and monitor inventory in & out, maintaining updated stock records.
  • Prepare, process, and file key documents including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Assist in preparing profit & loss (P&L) records.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience
  • Remuneration :

  • Basic Salary : $1800
  • Working Hours : 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM (Monday-Friday) & 9 : 00AM-1 : 00PM (Alternate Saturday)
