About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent across a variety of industries in the Downtown Core Central Region. With a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions, this position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying quality candidates to fulfil client recruitment needs
  • Conducting in-depth candidate screening and interviews to assess skills and fit
  • Maintaining an extensive database of qualified candidates and building a robust talent pipeline
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements
  • Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment best practices and market trends
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly / quarterly recruitment targets and sales goals
  • Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge and leverage resources

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle and industry best practices.
  • A genuine interest in helping people find their dream jobs.
