Role Description & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Education business, focusing on startup clients as future growth engines for SOLIDWORKS.
- Collaborate with partners to design go-to-market strategies and align sales goals with Dassault Systèmes’ vision.
- Support and guide partners through sales insights, performance reviews, and capability development.
- Conduct governance meetings with partners to monitor progress and align on strategic priorities.
- Contribute to marketing and co-marketing plans to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Ensure partners meet required certifications and KPIs to achieve business excellence and transformation goals.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and within complex organizations.Proven experience in software or technology sales, ideally through partner channels.Minimum 2 years’ experience in indirect business or partner management.Understanding of the education market or related industry experience (preferred).Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.What’s in it for you?
