Responsibilities

Assist / Guide customers to create ID

Assist / Guide customers to download App +

Assist to show customers on how to maneuver the App +

Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite

Assist / Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q

Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction

Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups

Assist customers with all other queries when approached by customers
