Job description
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities
- Assist in project planning, vessel attendances, shipment of equipment / spares.
- Handle import / export procedures and related documentation
- Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and order office supplies and spare parts for projects and operations
- Organize filing systems to meet audit and regulatory requirements
- Perform general admin duties (data entry, calls, scheduling, scanning, etc.)
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal Sales / Engineering teams to support smooth workflow
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
Computer literate (MS Office proficiency preferred)Able to work independently with a positive attitude and willingness to learnGood coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsBilingual in English and Mandarin (able to liaise with China based colleagues will be a bonus)Training provided – Maritime experience will be a bonus5.5 days work week (Flexible arrangements)Singaporeans or PR onlyPlease include the following information in your resume :
